Terms of Service & Offer

Updated: June 2026. Draft — pending legal review.

These terms describe what our information and consultancy support for legalization in Poland includes, and what it does not. By using the site and submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

Important: the information on this site and within the service is for reference only and is not legal advice; it does not replace a lawyer or an official authority. Every situation is individual.

What the service includes

Information support, explanation of procedures, help preparing and structuring documents, and orientation through the stages of legalization. The exact scope is agreed individually before work begins.

What the service does not include

We do not make decisions on behalf of government bodies and do not guarantee a specific outcome (issuance of a residence card, permit, etc.) — this depends on the competent Polish authorities.

Government fees and duties

Official government fees, duties, and payments (e.g. opłata skarbowa, office charges) are paid by the client directly to the relevant institutions. They are not included in the price of our service unless stated otherwise in writing.

Service payment

Price and payment terms are agreed before work starts. Refund conditions are set by separate agreement.

Liability

We act in good faith based on the information you provide. We are not liable for the consequences of decisions by government bodies or for data you provided inaccurately or late.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.

TODO: review with a lawyer before publishing. This is a template offer, not a final legal document.
