Privacy Policy

Updated: June 2026. Draft — pending legal review.

We respect your privacy. We collect the minimum data needed solely to provide our legalization service in Poland, and we store it securely within the European Union. This document explains what data we process and your rights under RODO (GDPR).

What data we collect

Only the contact details you provide yourself (name, e-mail or phone, preferred language) and your answers in the online situation checker. Anonymous technical data (a session identifier not linked to your identity) helps us understand how the site works.

What we do NOT collect online

We do not request or store your passport number, PESEL, document scans, or other sensitive personal data online. Such documents are shared in person and over a secure channel only during service delivery, with your consent.

Why we process data

To contact you, prepare a consultation, and deliver the legalization service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on servers within the European Union (Frankfurt region, Germany). Access is restricted and protected.

Minimization and retention

We keep only what is necessary, and no longer than needed to provide the service or as required by law. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

Analytics and consent

Analytics tools are enabled only after your explicit consent in the cookie banner. Without consent, non-essential cookies and analytics do not run.

Your rights (RODO)

You have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, port, and erase your data (right to be forgotten), and to withdraw consent at any time. To request deletion, contact the address below.
